Patrick J. Stringer
Project Manager
Patrick joined MacKenzie Contracting Company in January of 2007 after working as a Project Manager for a local mechanical contractor overseeing projects in Baltimore and Englewood, New Jersey. In his current role, he is responsible for preparing bid invitations for subcontractor solicitation, preparing bid estimates, expediting building permits, reviewing and processing shop drawings, and quality control from project start to final walk through, including any punch list items.
Patrick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Accounting from DeSales University. His list of clients includes United States Naval Academy Sports Brigade Complex, Charlestown Retirement Community, Belair Road Shopping Center, Sleepy's Mattress Store — Belair Road, York Green, and Commercentre.
