Gary D. Applestein, SIOR
Senior Vice President/Principal
As a Senior Vice President/Principal and Associate Broker of the
Brokerage Division at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC,
Gary Applestein has more than 25 years of corporate and commercial
real estate advisory experience. Gary specializes in primarily
representing tenants in the leasing and sale of office, warehouse, and
R&D space. During his career, Gary has represented numerous
companies on a regional and national level. Gary has personally
negotiated more than 600 leases totaling over three million square feet
of space. Gary has represented companies across a spectrum of
industries including health care, high tech, defense and financial services,
and has expertise in both large-scale asset marketing and tenant
representation.
Gary is a licensed Broker in the State of Maryland and holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree from University of Maryland, College Park and a
Masters of Business Administration Degree from Loyola College of
Baltimore.
Gary was recently recogonized by the Baltimore Business Journal as the #1 broker in the Baltimore region.
