Ms. Deeley joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in 1994 as an Associate Broker. Since that time, Karen has served MacKenzie as Director of Business Development and Manager of the Brokerage Division (managing the operations of five offices and 32 sales and leasing associates). As a result of this service, Karen carries a comprehensive knowledge of MacKenzie's in-depth resources into her expanding role as a Senior Vice President in commercial sales and leasing in the Mid-Atlantic region. Karen joined MacKenzie after serving as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate division of the First National Bank of Maryland (now M&T Bank), where her responsibilities embraced all aspects of commercial real estate and construction lending. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the financing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate to the MacKenzie Brokerage team and is licensed as an Associate Broker in Maryland and Virginia. Ms. Deeley, a graduate of Towson University, serves on the Greater Baltimore Committee's Transportation Financing and Governance Task Force and their President's Advisory Committee, as well as the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Deeley is a member of Network 2000, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote the advancement of women in executive leadership through its Formal Mentoring Program, board membership, and community partnership activities. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Notre Dame Preparatory School in Towson.
