As a Vice President with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services,
LLC, Matt specializes in office sales and leasing in the Baltimore County
market. This includes tenant and landlord representation and building
sales. Currently, Matt is responsible for sales and leasing of over 500,000
square feet in the Towson/Lutherville, White Marsh and Baltimore City
markets. Matt's background includes three years as a property manager
for MacKenzie Management Company, where he maintained over one
million combined square feet in the Towson, Hunt Valley, Owings Mills,
and Bel Air corridors. The combination of Matt's experience in property
management and brokerage allows him a unique and insightful
perspective. This dynamic real estate management experience has
proven invaluable to clients, as Matt is able to draw from a broad base
of knowledge to their benefit.
