Steve joined the MacKenzie team in 2008, bringing with him more than 30
years experience in commercial real estate. He was formerly a senior sales
associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT's Baltimore office, and was
the president and founder of Brushwood Graphics Inc., a graphic design
firm in its 30th year of business. As an entrepreneur, employer, tenant,
landlord, and developer, he brings a multi-dimensional prospective to
commercial real estate projects. Having owned and operated his own
business, Steve is prepared to evaluate and negotiate the specific
challenges faced by growing businesses. This entrepreneurial spirit
provides his clients a solid background in business strategy. Focusing on
investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation, Steve will supply
competent guidance to clients.
Steve has a Degree in Economics from Michigan State University and an
MBA from the University of Baltimore.
