Terri M. Harrington
Vice President
Terri Harrington has been practicing commercial real estate in the Baltimore Metropolitan market since 1993. She specializes in brokerage services representing both landlords and tenants in office building sales and leasing.
Prior to beginning her brokerage career in 1999, Terri managed The Rouse Company’s shared office facilities and was a Building Operations and Leasing Manager in the company’s mixed-use portfolio in Columbia, Maryland which included The Village Centers. This Landlord experience gives Terri the distinct advantage of understanding both sides of a transaction.
Terri’s clientele includes local companies and nonprofits. As an expert in Baltimore’s City Center, Terri has negotiated hundreds of leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants and currently represents approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial space. Her market knowledge gives her the ability to successfully guide both sides of a transaction through market conditions to completion.
You may recognize Terri from the Saturday morning radio show at WPOC in Baltimore where she was an award winning news anchor/personality for 20 years. She is a graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, IL and has a MBA in Finance from Loyola College in Baltimore.
