Billing Manager
As Billing Manager, Heather is responsible for lease administration, tenant
billing, collections, reconciliation of annual pass-through expenses, and
managing a staff of four. She coordinates the preparation of operating
budgets for the 55 properties in MacKenzie Management's portfolio,
reviews all leases prior to execution, and reviews and approves all
commission invoices.
