As a Commercial Property Manager for MacKenzie Management Company, LLC Laticia Braxton currently manages over 400,000 square feet of office, retail, and mixed-use space. Laticia's responsibilities include contract negotiation and administration, property inspections, capital improvement planning and management, project management, and tenant relations. During her first year with MacKenzie, Laticia won the coveted "Rookie of the Year" award. Prior to joining MacKenzie in 2004, Laticia worked as a Residential Property Manager with A & G Management Company, Inc. for eight years and managed one of the largest residential properties in Baltimore County, which consists of apartments and townhomes. With 13 years of combined residential and commercial property management experience, Laticia is well accustomed to all of the joys and challenges of being a property manager.
