As Director of Land Development/Acquisition for MacKenzie Communities, LLC, Robb works in the residential land development group. His responsibilities include identifying and selecting suitable sites, land acquisition, managing the entitlement and approval processes and overseeing site improvements. Other duties include market and financial analysis, and feasibility and land-use studies. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Robb was employed as an acquisition and asset manager with Sawyer Realty Holdings, a privately held real estate investment and management firm specializing in value-added apartment communities. During his tenure, Robb was involved in over $5 billion of capital transactions including the privatization of a publicly traded REIT. Born and raised in Baltimore, Robb holds a Degree in Finance from Boston College.
